GoingGreece, myself Greg Patrikios am going out of my way to create a spectacular one time exclusive arrangement / competition for two people from anywhere in the world to the beautiful island of Kefalonia in Western Greece. This amazing package includes 2 flight tickets, 4 nights at the beautiful Agnantia Bed & Breakfast Villa in Tselentata northern Kefalonia, a car, and myself Greg Patrikios as your personal guide.
We will fly 2 people from any country capital in the world to Kefalonia airport. There will be 2 cars waiting for us, one for the winners, and one for myself. As we drive 1 hour north you will witness spectacular scenery along the way through mountains, cliffs, valleys and small towns. When we arrive at our final destination on the mountain in Tselentata you will sense a feeling of calmness and peacefulness. In other words, welcome to the beautiful Boutique Bed & Breakfast villa of Agnantia, my personal favourite spot in Greece.
Agnantia is a family villa owned by the lovely Myra Sarris, and it's situated 3km from the cosmopolitan and elegant bay town of Fiscardo. There is no other place where i feel more relaxed, and feel like I'm at home, than here in this classy intimate villa. The name Agnantia came from the owner, and it means to "observe, to look at, something from a distance or a great height". Each room has its own name, after Myra read Homer's "Iliad" and "Odyssey" in a modern Greek translation by the great Nikos Kazantzakis. When you arrive to Agnantia it will not be the usual hotel welcome. You will be greeted personally by the dedicated Agnantia staff and other family members. After your welcome drink at their hospitality bar you will be escorted to your room. There you will have a chance to see their cosy personal design elements within your room. However before you open your balcony door i strongly advise you to hang on to something, because as soon as you do, you will witness a spectacular stunning view over the valley straight and the beautiful island of Ithaca. Seeing is believing and there is absolutely no doubt that you will be left speechless as soon as you open your balcony door. You will be engulfed totally by green nature, with the sound of birds during the day, and complete silence during the night
When we have had the chance to settle in and relax after our trip, we will embark on a journey that will be left in memories for years to come. We will begin our 3km drive down to the beautiful bay town of Fiskardo for sightseeing. Along the way you'll intake the beautiful surroundings of the mountain, forest and the sea. We'll drive by the elegant Foki beach before arriving in Fiskardo. After some sightseeing and a few pictures we'll be ready for dinner at one of my favourite restaurants, Iridas right on the water front. The owner Kiki and her lovely mother will be taking our order and you can be rest assured that you'll be having an amazing Greek gastronomic experience. After dinner we'll indulge in handmade masterpiece cocktails at my favourite lounge, Le Pessage by Eleni. Before ending our first long day, we'll take a little walk to see the beautiful cosy shops in Fiskardo including Anna Marias boutique which is my favourite. Finally our drive back to Agnantia will be quick, where we'll separate, and say goodnight, until we meet again the next day in Myra's breakfast lounge where you'll enjoy home-made delicacies from her own blessed hands.
The following days we'll be visiting spectacular beaches including the world renowned Myrtos Beach, and then Petani, Kimillia, Emplisi, Alaties and many more. We'll also visit some beautiful stunning sights like Assos, Sami and Agia Efimia. There will also be time for yourselves to relax, so our program will be done under the way its best for all of us. The most important thing is that we all are having fun, and trust me...we most definitely will.
